Ladysmith Hill Dash and The Running of the Balls

Teams of four will challenge their quads, calves and minds as they will run, walk or crawl up High Street on Saturday for the Ladysmith Hill Dash. The unique event involves team members running between First and Third Avenue and rolling a ball down the hill to their teammate. The first team of four to finish wins the race. All participants get a T-shirt and ball in the Running of the Balls.

That vibrant event sees rainbow coloured balls dropped down High Street with a chance at winning $500, $300 or $100 depending on final placing in the Victory Shute. The event will immediately follow the High Dash and start at approximately 12:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 for anyone not participating in the Hill Dash.

Online registration is closed but limited space may be available on race day at a cost of $80 per team.
