June 19, 1960 - March 3, 2017
Cathy leaves her loving husband Michael Holland, her Daughter Michelle (Chris) Pearson, grandson Gavin, granddaughter Claire, sister Marlyn and many other family and friends.
She is predeceased by her daughter Erika Holland, her parents Harold and Pearl as well as her two brothers Martin and Harold.
Her family meant everything to her. She was born in Calgary Alberta and moved to Vancouver Island at the age of 4. She and Michael fell in love in 1977 and were married in 1979, her love and commitment to her husband and two daughters was something to aspire to.
She loved to volunteer in Ladysmith, Counseling people in need and coaching bowling and softball for many years. Anyone her life touched was better for it. She will be missed more then we can say.
Michael and Michelle would like to thank the many medical professionals for their support over the years as well as the first responders that did everything they could for Cathy. In lieu of flowers please donate to your local Hospice.
A service will be held at 2 pm on March 25, 2017 at the United Church in Ladysmith.
