It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Dorothy Grace Bricker (Nicol) on January 6, 2017 Predeceased by husband Walter 1931 -2014, parents Addie and Marshall Nicol, brothers Robert, Herbert and George. Survived by sister Mary Hall (Al), lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her Daughter Marsha Folster (Albert), Son Scott (Katherine), Step parent to Ed (Sharon), Catherine (Brian Johnson) Robert (Kat). 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. As well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Mum was born on August 22 ,1932 in Owen sound, Ontario. Where she grew up with her family. She enjoyed camping, cooking, knitting and sewing. She was a caring, loving, happy person who enjoyed meeting people. She will be missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank the loving and compassionate staff at Chemainus Health Care Centre. You guys are angels. There will be a memorial on January 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Jehovah Witness Hall 1724 Vowels Rd for anyone who would like to pay their respects to Dot.
