A Giant Street Market will take over Willow Street in Chemainus on Saturday, July 6.
Running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. it will feature 150 vendors, local businesses, and a variety of food trucks.
The area of Willow Street from Victoria to Oak Street will be transformed into a bustling pedestrian-only zone, "creating a lively atmosphere perfect for exploring unique wares, sampling delicious food, and enjoying the community spirit," said a press release for the event.
Adding to the excitement, a blues festival will kick off at 2 p.m., providing live music and entertainment for all attendees.
"With an impressive lineup of vendors and attractions, the Giant Street Market promises to draw a large crowd, offering something for everyone," said the release. The Giant Street Market is organized by the Chemainus + District Chamber of Commerce.
