Ladysmith Resources Centre Association executive director Christy Wood and Linda Gold, LRCA Soup Kitchen co-ordinator present a plaque to Chemainus Theatre executive chef Nick Caulford for the theatre’s ongoing generosity in providing delicious soup to the Soup Kitchen in Ladysmith.
For almost two years, the dining room at the theatre has donated soup to the soup kitchen with any leftovers making its way to shelter.
Wood said it’s such an amazing way for a local business to be a good neighbour and help this those less fortunate in our community.
