Tenor Hy Chanthavouth will be the featured performer during a Concert for Cambodia this Saturday (Feb. 18) in Chemainus.
Chanthavouth and pianists Arne Sahlen and Mitch Anderson will be performing Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. at Chemainus United Church at 9814 Willow St.
Admission is by donation, and proceeds will go to the Cambodia Support Group.
The Cambodia Support Group exists to support the reconstruction of Cambodia, using culturally sensitive practices; to aid in the economic and social adaptation of immigrants to Canada; and to share CSG expertise and resources to promote peace and cross-cultural understanding.
