Pianist plays Chemainus

Pianist Bruce Vogt presents the first of several planned all-Liszt concerts starting at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 1.The concert is in celebration of the bicentenary of the birth of Franz Liszt. This program, inspired by the original meaning of virtuosity, encompasses everything from tragedy, rage  and grief to nobility and poetic visions. Join in for this uplifting concert in the intimate setting of 1891 heritage St. Michael’s Church, Chemainus, then stay for a delicious “Meet the Artists Reception” following the performance.
