“We spend a lot of energy getting people involved through dancing and singing along, I think that’s why people really enjoy our shows,” said Crissinger. “It’s a really good time once we get everyone to get up and start dancing.”

Crissinger is from Quebec, where he performed an estimated 1,500 shows across eastern Canada starting in 1987 before moving to B.C. in 2007. The rest of the band are local artists including bassist Jay Stevens from Nanaimo.

For those intereseted in dancing, singing and clapping along with the all-star cast of musicians at the party Saturday, March 25, tickets are available at the legion for $20 and the show starts at 8 p.m.
