Graduation time for Ladysmith Secondary

It is that time of year.As the clouds start to break, well they’re supposed to, and thoughts start turning towards summer, Grade 12 students in Ladysmith are getting set to celebrate a milestone.The 2011 Ladysmith Secondary School graduating class will be crossing the stage and accepting their diplomas on June 3 at the school.Michelle Steel, LSS counsellor, said any members of the public wishing to watch the ceremony should be at the school by 5:30 p.m. to get a spot for the 6 p.m. ceremony.Students will also be taking pictures at the Transfer Beach Amphitheatre on June 4 around 4 p.m. before their banquet and prom.There are 123 students graduating this year from the school.
