To be or not to be in one of the two plays the Shawnigan Players have in store for the 14th annual Cowichan Valley Shakespeare Festival which will run from Aug. 6 to 17 is the only question local thespians need to be asking themselves.
Make no mistake, summer will be here before you know it so auditions for William Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors directed by Alex Gallacher and Antony and Cleopatra, directed by Aaron Montan will get underway next week.
Auditions are open to everyone, including children and no prepared monologues are necessary. Auditions will take place at the Clements Centre located at 5856 Clements St. in Duncan on Feb. 10 and Feb. 13 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., and on Feb. 15 from 2 to 5 p.m.
