Photos: First Ave lively for Ladysmith Old Time Christmas

Ladysmith Light Up was cancelled this year, but there was still an Old Time Christmas event

The Ladysmith Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Business Association held an Old Time Christmas event this weekend (Dec. 2 –4) downtown. families had an opportunity to shop local while looking at the many seasonal decorations adorning Ladysmith’s First Ave.

There was live music in the streets from Sarah Leo, Dan Miron and the Ladysmith Celebration Brass and Woodwind Band. Murray McNab from McNab Corn Maze gave hay rides up and down First Ave with his tractor.

Shops were open until 8 p.m. and many hosted Christmas activities, including Elf on the Shelf and a storybook walk.
