The Town of Ladysmith is starting work to replace the Rotary boat ramp.
Over the coming days, the existing forms will be removed and new concrete will be poured. The new dock will be delivered and installed on Oct. 25.
“This important piece of recreation infrastructure is a popular launching-off point for exploring our spectacular waterfront and beyond,” reads a news release from the town.
The right-side dock, which the town replaced earlier this year, will remain in use during construction.
