In most of Canada, Daylight Savings Time will return to Standard Time this Sunday at 2 a.m.

During Daylight Saving Time, which begins in the spring, clocks are turned forward an hour, shifting an hour of light from the morning to the evening.

When Daylight Saving Time ends on the first Sunday in November, clocks are set back one hour, and Standard Time resumes.
