Ladysmith Secondary School’s junior improv team is tops on Vancouver Island.
Ladysmith’s team finished first overall at the Island Junior Finals Saturday, Feb. 2 at Victoria High School.
The senior improv team placed fifth on the Island that same weekend in Victoria.
The two Ladysmith teams, which are coached by coaches Bill Taylor and Rebeccah Fairweather, earned a place at the Island championship tournaments by winning their respective divisions at the Canadian Improv Games’ South Island Cup in early January.
