VIDEO: Motor home catches fire at construction site in Nanaimo

Nanaimo Fire Rescue put out the fire around 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25

A motor home parked on a construction site caught fire this afternoon.

Firefighters were called out at about 4:20 p.m. Sunday to a property on Bruce Avenue near Eighth Street. A fully involved fire was burning the unoccupied motor home when crews arrived.

Nanaimo Fire Rescue didn’t have any further information about the fire as of Sunday evening.
