North Cowichan is delaying some Chemainus revitalization as to not disrupt downtown this summer.
Chief engineer John MacKay told the Chamber of Commerce the redevelopment of Willow between Mill and Cypress Streets has been postponed until September 1 in order to ensure that it will not be still underway during the busy season.
