aged 49, of Vancouver, formerly of Ladysmith, passed away on Oct 7th, in Vancouver General Hospital, due to complications from a bacterial infection of the heart. He was predeceased by his parents, Buddy Edward Russell, (1994) and Effie Elizabeth Russell,(2002).
He is survived by his son, (Anthony) Zachariah Atwood, of Vancouver; brothers Victor (Teri), Langley; Paul (Maureen), Campbell River; Kerry (Joanne), Nanaimo; Rodney (Rebecca), Coquitlam, sister Susan (Doug), Surrey, and numerous nieces and nephews. All will miss his gentle soul, honesty and his ability to see the laughter and bright side of life. His memorial service was held on October 15th, 2004 at 1pm, at 1st Memorial Funeral Home, 602 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC. (1 block west of Fraser).
