MCDONALD, BETTY - Born August 25, 1927 at Ladysmith, BC passed away peacefully at Dufferin Place, Nanaimo, BC on January 27, 2008. Predeceased by husband Jack on January 15, 1996. Survived by her children; Keith (Trish), Laurie (Brian) Gueulette, Joseph (Orma), Sherry (Jim) Harris, and Sandra, 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and brother Merv (Nell) Mawson. Betty was a long time member with the Ladysmith Hospital Auxillary. She retired from the Ladysmith Post Office and enjoyed many years RVing in the states with Dad during the winter months. Mom enjoyed her life with the family and her 49 years of marriage to Dad. Many thanks to Dr. Glew, the 1st floor nursing staff at NRGH, Dufferin Place, and Longlake Chateau.
