Peacefully in Ladysmith, B.C. on September 7, 2002 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Vancouver, B.C. on December 16, 1949. Bev was a teacher at both Davis Road and Ladysmith Primary Schools, She was also involved with the Ladysmith Fall Fair. Bev will be deeply missed by her loving husband Rodger, daughter Jennifer, and mother Blanche (Frank) Luxton. Also brothers; Alwin, Les and Garry, and sister Velda, also other dear family members and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 13, 2002 at 4:00 pm in First United Curch in Ladysmith, B.C. Rev. Douglas Astle officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at the Ladysmith and District Credit Union, 330 First Ave., Ladysmith, B.C. care of The Beverly Miller Memorial Bursary Fund. Arrangements entrusted to Telford’s Mortuary.
