Delcourt Brian Charles
Monday, September 26, 2016, Brian Charles Delcourt, husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away suddenly at the age of 72. Brian will be forever remembered by his wife and best friend of 43 years Lynn and his three loving daughters Paula Delcourt (Herb Hogben) Victoria Boyd (Shawn) Janice Delcourt and his fur baby Coco Bear. Brian will be lovingly remembered by his four grandchildren Haylee Boyd, Kaden Martin (Kassandra Lambersek) James Boyd, Kyle Martin, siblings Shirley Barr, Diane Hill (Joe), Brenda Seltenrich (Ken), Raymond Delcourt (Bev), brother-in-laws Doug Hawkins, Kevin Paul (Wendy Chadwick), predeceased by his sister Betty Hawkins. Brian will also be fondly remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Brian was a devoted family man and a selfless person that was always there to help family and friends. He enjoyed a 40+ year career at S. Madills and found joy during retirement through his volunteer work as a range officer at the Nanaimo Fish and Game Club. He especially loved working on projects in his shop with his family and friends whenever possible.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 15th 2016 at 12pm at the Eagles Hall, 921 - 1st Ave Ladysmith.
