December 22, 1934 - March 20, 2019
We are so saddened to announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother Carole Abrahams on March 20, 2019. Carole is remembered by her loving husband of 66 years Arthur and her four children; Sharon Ringma (Richard), Ron Abrahams (Terry), Lynn Jahelka (Mickey) and Beth Morgan (Simon). She also leaves 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren whom she adored, also her brother Ken Hindmarch. She was born in Nanaimo and lived in Ladysmith and then Mom and dad moved to Duncan to raise their family. They retired in Chemainus and recently moved back to Nanaimo in 2015. Mom was an avid golfer and loved to fish and camp, enjoying many trips with Art to Alaska in their motorhome. They also loved travelling to Yuma in the winter months. Mom will be missed by all who loved her unconditionally.
