Colleen passed away on January 24, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Born June 24, 1938 on Salt Spring Island, raised at Beaver Point and in Victoria. Colleen married George Henn in 1954 and relocated to Ladysmith and began to raise their family.
Colleen also lived in Victoria for many years as well as Campbell River, Duncan and a number of years on Northern Vancouver Island.
Predeceased by her mother Vivian Rowe, her father Doug Kermode and brother Bob Kermode. Survived by her former partner Walter Donaldson and her 6 children - Harold Henn, Dawn-Marie Richards, Ian Henn, Lesli-Ann Cyr, Tanya Henn and Anthony Hammond, 15 Grand Children and 18 Great Grand Children as well as many nieces, nephews and many chosen family members.
"Nana Colleen" will be sadly missed by family & many friends.
A Celebration of Life Reception will be held on February 24, 2019 at 1:00 - 4:00 at the Eagles Hall in Ladysmith - 921 1st Ave. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
