Danny Louie passed away surrounded by his loving family on February 18^th , 2010 in the Royal Jubilee Hospital, Victoria, BC. Born in Koksilah, BC on December 12^th , 1942 age 67 years. Predeceased by his wife Agnes in 1983, parents; Henry & Rosanne Daniels, son; Desmond, grandparents; Alex & Catherine Louie, brother, two sisters, grandson, numerous nieces and nephews. Survived by his loving wife Arlene of 24 years, son; Danny Jr. (Sarah), daughters; Rosanne, Carol (Ron), Leah, Stephanie (Chuck), Joanne (Gary) and nineteen grandchildren. Danny was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 171, Ladysmith, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Ladysmith Aerie No. 2101; he was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. His memory will be cherished in the hearts of all those lives he touched. Prayers honoring Danny life were held in the Chemainus First Nations Community Centre on Sunday, February 21^st , 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service was held on Monday, February 22^nd , 2010 at 9:30 a.m. Followed by Cremation.
