David Ingram of Chemainus, BC died Sunday April 18, 2010 in Nanaimo Regional General Hospital after a long fight against cancer.
Dave was born in Peterborough, ON; the son of Lewis H. and Edna M. Ingram. Dave was predeceased by his parents; his brother Robert H. Ingram; and infant grandson Michael William Finnegan. He is survived by his wife Myrna, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandsons.
The family will be forever grateful to Dr. Julian Lisinski for his years of care, understanding and friendship. Many thanks to Dr. Vivan Kilvert; the nurses and staff at The Lodge on Fourth; Dr. Redpath and the nurses and staff in the Palliative Care Unit at NRGH.
