Dave passed away peacefully in his sleep after a long journey with Parkinson's Disease. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
At Dave's request there will be no public service or memorial. Anyone wishing to honour Dave's memory is asked to donate to the Michael J Fox Parkinsons Foundation.
