Passed away September 30, 2002 in the Chemainus Health Care Centre. Born January 13, 1921 in Prince Rupert, B.C. A long time resident until his move to Saltair, Vancouver Island with his wife Edith and accompanied by her parents. Don taught school in Chemainus for twenty-eight years, retiring in 1983. Predeceased by his wife Edith, parents Frank and Ruth and sister Mollyo of Sultan Washington. Survived by brother-in-law George Cromp of Saltair, nephew Brian (Sandra) and their two children Dawn and David of Edmonton. The family would like to thank Dr. Archdekin and the staff of the Chemainus Health Care Centre for the wonderful care he received while there. Private family service, flowers gratefully declined.
