Florence May Stuart
Born – Three Rivers, Quebec on December 21, 1917,
passed away February 23, 2010.
Florence May Stuart (nee Larson) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She is now with her beloved husband Robert, and her son David.
Florence is survived by nine children; Sandy (Buster), Bryan (Patricia), Alan (Laurel), Mary (Gerhardt), Steve (Antonietta), Alex (Kathy), Kathy (Alan), Janet (Jim), Lynn (Barry); and twenty-two grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Florence always made family first. She was devoted to her community volunteer work with the Ladysmith Hospital Auxiliary, Ladysmith Legion Auxiliary, Ladysmith Celebrations Society, and the
Ta’alt kwe na’tul (To Study Together) school.
Florence leaves a legacy of love and family devotion. She will be remembered for her strength, laughter and smiles, sweet hugs, and unconditional love for all. She will be dearly missed. Mom, you’re dancing with dad again.

A celebration of Florence’s life will be held Saturday, March 6th, 2010, from 1-4pm at the Eagles Hall in Ladysmith, BC.
