Born October 14, 1929, at Bengough, Saskatchewan, a 34 year resident of Cedar, BC, passed away peacefully in the presence of family May 30, 2004, at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. Survived by his wife, Madeleine, sons Michael (Sherry) and Clay (Cindy); grandchildren Andrea (David McInnes), Cole, Jacy, and his newest treasure, great-grandson Jake; mother Cecilia, sisters Helen Evans (Jim), Eileen Williams (John), Marie Wilson (Jim) and families. No services to be held by request. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. The family would like to thank Dr. Poteryko and Dr. Denegri for their care and compassion. ‘In Heaven’s campsite, the fishing lines will be in the water after the first game of crib.’ Loved by many, we will miss you Grandpa Arrangements confidently assigned to Telford’s Mid-Island Memorial Services.
