OLMSCHANK (Decker),
Hazel Anna passed away suddenly, July 29th, 2002 at Cowichan District Hospital.
Born in Enterprize, Oregon, April 12th, 1927. She will be lovingly missed and remembered by her Husband, Henry of 54 years, daughters: Linda (Bill), Diane (Wayne), Glenda (Allan). Grandchildren: Neana, Jamie, Tammie, Kyle, Kymberly, James and seven great grandchildren. Hazel was a very talented knitter, we will miss her many creations. She loved playing bingo and helping out at the Harbourview Apartments, where she lived. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Leakie, Dr. Archdekin, Dr. Turner, Dr. Philippson, Dr. Pettapiece and many nurses and support staff, which cared for her while in the hospital.
