Passed away peacefully in Ladysmith, BC. on October 25, 2008, born in Hull, England.
Predeceased by her husband Alfred James in 1995. Survived by her sons: twins John and David (Kathryn), and Anthony, grandchildren: Kevin, Dale, Dynna and Flecia, great grandson Alexander and her brother Tom Howson. An Eagle's memorial service was held on Saturday November 1, 2008. Irene will be very much missed by her many dear friends, who she always brought much of her cheer to at the Friday night dinners at the Eagles. "God Bless You Irene"
