Special thanks go to Jeannie, Jim, Ron and Marge Thompson for their kind support during our very troubling time. Many thanks to Dr. Kennedy, Dr. Ramakashyn, Dr. Rimmer, Dr. Mckenzie and the staff of the Cowichan District Hospital. Our heartfelt thanks to some very special nurses who took excellent care of her, Trisha, Efi, Yvette, Arlene and Janet in ICU, Ward 2 South nurses Susan, Lorraine, Theresa, Donna and Prudence. RN Karen Hoskyn and LPN Sue went the extra mile to support us at the very end - we are especially grateful for your gentle and caring ways. There are many others in and out of the hospital that are not named here but are held fondly in our hearts. Thanks also for the efficiency of the 911 staff. There will be a private family Farewell on Wednesday, October 20th, 2004. Thank you to Telford at Telford’s Mortuary for making our special arrangements possible.
