Passed away peacefully at the Cowichan District Hospital.
Predeceased by his loving wife Phyllis. Survived by his son Robert and daughter-in-law Leslie and grandson David of Victoria, by his daughter Maureen McLeod and son-in-law Andrew of Ladysmith, BC. Granddaughter Karen?Steigenberger (Clinton), great-grandson Coltan and granddaughter Andrea Akhurst (Drayson), great granddaughter Anna, also survived by two sisters: Madge and Elma.
He will be sadly missed and never forgotten.
A Memorial Service was held on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at?11:00 am, in the Chemainus United Church, Chemainus, BC, Rev. D. Astle officiating.
In lieu of flowers,?donations may be made in Ken’s name to the Cancer Society. The family is grateful to the staff at CDH for their compassion, affection and loving care of Ken.
