CORNELIUSON, Jessie McAulay
Born in Winnipeg September 25, 1909, Jessie passed away peacefully at the Lodge on 4th on March 29, 2008.
Predeceased by husband Art (Cobb) in 1991, son Bruce, and sister Rebecca. She is survived by daughter Catherine (Bill) in Australia and daughter-in-law Gail in Ladysmith.
Jessie taught school on the prairies of Alberta before she married and then moved to Hinton, Alta and Edmonton where they raised their family and lived until 1976 when they moved to Nanoose and then Victoria, where she lived until moving to Ladysmith.
She resided happily at Seaside Lodge until the fall of 2005 when she suffered a stroke.
Thank you to the nurses and staff at Ladysmith General Hospital and the Lodge on 4th for their kind and loving care and the support they provided to her family.
Mom will be greatly missed.
