WRIGHT, Kenneth – Passed away peacefully at Lanark Heights Long Term Care Centre on Sunday, July 1, 2007 in his 85th year.
Beloved husband of Irene (nee Prince) Wright for 60 years. Loving father of Norm (Val) of Prince George, Doug (Lorraine) of Kelowna, Steve (Janice) of Waterloo, ON, Robert (Cindy) of Nanaimo, and Diane Young (Kevin) of Edmonton. Adored Poppa of Karen (Kyle), Erin (Tyler), Julia (Steve), Kaitlyn, Mackenzie, Erik and Kurtis. Cherished Great Poppa of Blake and Joshua. Survived by his brother-in-law Dr. Alan Prince (Eleanor) of Manotick. Ken will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Percy and Dorothy.
Ken's family received relatives and friends on Wednesday, July 4th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation continued on Thursday, July 5th, 2007 at 10 a.m. until the time of Ken's funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Cremation has taken place.
