With sadness, we announce the passing of Lawrence Vezina. He will be missed by daughter Charlene Birdsall, son don Lozinski, brothers Gilbert and Jackie, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, as well as other family members and friends.
Lawrence’s career spanned a variety of jobs beginning with prospecting and trapping at a young age, a career in the Navy, a fireman and engineer at CNR, stationary engineer in a pulp mill and then welder at the Victoria shipyards. Lawrence was an excellent prospector throughout his life, founding Cous Creek Copper Mines, and other mining companies.
