October 14, 1930 - March 27, 2021
Sadly on March 27, 2021, Lorraine Grace Wagner, age 90, passed away at the Chemainus Health Center where she had been a resident for 2+ years.
Born Oct. 14, 1930 in Ladysmith, and a long time resident of that city, with a short 9 years in Kitimat.
Lorraine was predeceased by her husband Ralph Wagner and sons Rick and William (Billy).
She is survived by her children, Jim (Alma), Michael (Brian), Kerry (Maureen), Lee-Ann Tower (Don) and Glen (Jann). Brothers Brian (Bev) and Gary (Brenda) Docherty and sister Lynne (Wes) Hutton.
Lorraine had 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was an active member of the Ladysmith Eagles Club, often found playing cribbage with her regular mates. She was an avid crocheter, and many many people have been recipients of here colourful dish cloths and doilies.
