Peacefully at her home in Ladysmith, on September 19, 2004. Born in Camrose, Alberta, June 26, 1914, Margaret came to this area in 1947 from Mayerthorpe, Alberta. Before retiring she taught at Waterloo, North Cedar and Chemainus Elemen-tary Schools. Margaret was a member of the Ladysmith Hospital Auxiliary, United Church Women and of the Ladysmith Old Age Pensioners. Survived by her loving husband John, son Chuck (Barb), 2 daughters; Joan (Joe) McKinley and Pat Dobson, 7 grandchildren; Dawn, Lori, Stacey, Christina, Kylie, Cassie and Travis, great grandchildren; Kylie, Tasha and Sydney. A private family service interment will take place in Ladysmith Cemetery by her own request. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
