Margo passed away peacefully in her sleep after a short struggle with cancer.
Predeceased by her mother Connie; survived by her loving husband George; and children Harold, Dawn, Ian, Lesli, Bruce (Mary), Tanya (Craig), and Leia (Allan). Also 17 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and a dear friend Sandra.
Margo was a life member of the Ladysmith Legion Branch #171, where she worked for 32 years.
A Celebration of her Life was held December 2, 2009 at the Royal Canadian Legion. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in honor of Margo.
