passed over peacefully on May 29, 2006 at the age of 78 years. Born in Benalto, AB in 1927 and long time resident of both Malakwa and then Ladysmith, mom spent her last few years in Salmon Arm under the care of the staff at Bastion Place.
Marjorie is survived by her daughters Grace Pocha of Canoe and Donna Lothian of Salmon Arm, her
step-daughters Caroline (Darrel) Griggs of Calgary, AB and Katherine (Murray) Shishkowski of Glenayon, SK also by 15 grand-children, many great grandchildren and a few great great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. from Fischer’s Funeral Services followed by a tea. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Marjorie’s name may be made to the Alzheimer Society, Box 277, Station M, Kamloops, BC, V2C 5K6 or to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
