Merv passed away peacefully at home on December 18, 2006.
Born in Saskatoon June 2, 1938, after retiring from John Deere Credit in 2002 and then moved to Ladysmith, BC.
Merv was predeceased by his brothers, Melvyn and Ken, his parents John and Lena.
In addition to his partner Heather, he is survived by his son, Scott (Kirstin) his daughter Lesli Gregson (Trent) and 6 grandchildren, Justine, Jessica, Jacqueline and Riley McMurtry, Brady and Connor Gregson.
Also left to mourn is Merv’s best friend, shih tzu Casey, his pride and joy.
There will be no funeral service at Merv’s request.
Cremation will follow with private family service later.
