OLIVIA DINGWALL MOUAT,
Peacefully in Nanaimo, B.C. on May 8, 2003. Born in Nanaimo, B.C., January 20, 1909. Past resident of Salt Spring Island, retiring from teaching in 1964. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Olivia Mouat, a pioneering family of B.C., also by brothers: Thomas and Gavin. Survived by her sister Bobbie Wrotnowski, nieces Nancy (David), Louise (Keith), Dianne (Terry), Elizabeth (Duane), nephews: Thomas (Anna), Peter, Robert (Susan), Gerald (Kathy), and Michael. Also great and great-grand nieces and nephews. Sisters in-law France and Lillian Mouat.
Service of remembering Olivia will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2003 at 2:00 pm in Ganges United Church, Salt Spring Island, B.C., Rev. R. Laing officiating. In Lieu of flowers, donations to Operation Eyesight, 4 Parkdale Cres. W., Calgary Ab, T2N 3T8.
