Rosina Gilmour Gallacher (nee Rogan)
Rosina passed away peacefully in the early morning of Nov 10th at The Lodge on 4th in Ladysmith, B.C. Rosina was born July 3, 1934 in Camelon, Scotland. Rosina was a well known psychic in Victoria and will be remembered for her charity work. She was predeceased by her daughter Grace in May, 2006; as well as her parents William and Isabella, and brothers Jim and Alec.
She is survived by Jim her loving husband of 56 years, daughter Elizabeth and son Bill, as well as numerous friends and relatives in Canada and Scotland.
A special thank you to Dr. Manny Fritsch and the staff at The Lodge on 4th for the excellent care they took of Rosina. Their kindness and caring was deeply appreciated. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Nanaimo SPCA or Canuck Place would be gratefully appreciated.
A Celebration of Life was held Nov 16th, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mary’s Church Hall on 4th Ave in Ladysmith.
