"Lover-Boy",Dad, Daddy-O, Roy Boy, Leroy Brown. Our dear father, born on May 19th, 1935 in Markham, Ontario to Hazel and William Ferrier, peacefully passed away on Sunday, December 5th, 2004 with family close by. His spirited legacy will be carried on through his loving wife of 45 years, Marilyn, and his two children Leslie and David. A long time resident of Ladysmith, our father, a Canadian record holder and outstanding all-round athlete, a member of the R.C.M.P., teacher of 35 years, gifted musician, builder, and a friend to many, will be greatly missed. A celeberation of Roys' life will be held at St. Mary's Church(1135-4th Ave) in Ladysmith, B.C. at 11:00a.m. Saturday, December 11th, 2004. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
