Passed away tragically in Nanaimo, BC on March 15, 2006. Born in Victoria, BC July 22, 1987. Survived by his loving Mother Liz and Father Willie.; brother Zak; sisters: Tynisha and Savannah, and trusty, loyal sidekick Lowkey West (family dog); grandmothers: Tauna (Doris Herman) and Granny (Ann West); uncles: Teata (Chris), La La (Les), Daniel Herman and Mikey Boy (Marcelle LeBlond), uncles: Turn Turn (Tom) and Dave West; aunts: Patty Manchester (Herman); Paula and Wendy (West), and all close cousins, family and friends too numerous to list. A Celebration of Theo's life will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2006 at 1:00 pm at Newcastle Island Pavilion. Transportation will be provided to and from the service on Newcastle Island, commencing at 12:00 pm from the Newcastle Island ferry dock at the Maffeo Sutton Park. To commemorate Theo's love for nature and stones and to expand Theo's Collection, please bring a special stone to his service. In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to the Theo West and Kala Oshanek Family Trust at Coastal Community Credit Union located on Hammond Bay Rd.
