passed away in Nanaimo on August 31, 2006.
He is survived by his son: Stanley and daughter-in-law Lorraine of Florida, U.S.A. His only sister: Stephanie of Vancouver and his special friends Brian and Linda Schiebel.
Stan was employed at Connors Drilling Ltd. He retired in 1991 and moved to Ladysmith, B.C. For the past 50 plus years, Stan was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion of Ladysmith.
Private family cremation. No service by request. Flowers gratefully declined, donations in memory of Stan may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Society, 255-2000 Island Hwy. North, Nanaimo, BC V9S 3V5.
