Vanessa Furlan

Vanessa Furlan sadly passed away on August 8th, 2022. She was a beloved music and fine arts teacher at Ladysmith Intermediate from 1996 - 2022.
Vanessa was predeceased by her father (Metod), her mother (Violet), and her aunts and uncles (Antonia and Joseph) and (Helen and John).
She will be deeply missed by her sister Adrianna and niece Victoria.
She also leaves behind cousins Angela and Brian (Lewis); George (Tonzetich) and Karen; Joseph (Tonzetich); Steven (Tonzetich), Jen and Mikaela; Violet and Jack (Brzovic); Tania (Brzovic); Jacob, Laura, Ellie and Leo (Brzovic); Carol (Neumann); Garrick and Payson (Neumann); Carrina and Carissa (Neumann); Milica and Dan (Epp); Roxy, Ray and Jade (Martynchuk); Daniel, Rhonda, Rain, Alexander, Artemis and Kate (Epp); Bob (Lalich) and Tanis (Cornwall); Nanuk, Onelies and Emily.
There will be a mass and reception at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church (301 Machleary St, Nanaimo) on September 17th. Mass will be at 12 noon, and reception will follow. Reception will be downstairs inside the church.
