Wow! Lunden Taylor Howard convicted of ramming a police car and injuring a police officer receives no jail time. Could our justice system be any more screwed up?
Little wonder crime is out of control and community safety is a thing of the past. Criminals are now a favoured minority and suffer little or no repercussions when breaking the law.
Somehow the judge and prosecutor determined this scoundrel would not be a threat to the community if he served his sentence outside of jail. In other words there is no sentence or consequence for his actions.
Our judges and prosecution system are truly pathetic.
