I would like to thank Niomi Pearson for writing the article titled “Group swarmed in downtown Ladysmith,” published on June 3, 2011. I would also like to thank the editor for his decision to print this story.
I feel a little better about the Town of Ladysmith, knowing there are individuals who truly do care. As a family we went through some mental and physical pain over this incident. We felt very alone and that no one cared about what happened to us.
Your story will certainly help us on the road to recovery.
