The Ladysmith Downtown Business Association and Chamber of Commerce are inviting people to three sessions hosted by business coach Clemens Rettich.
The three 90-minute sessions will focus on what’s working in marketing, how to provide the best customer service, building a succession plan for your business and productivity and time management.
Rettich is the principal consultant and trainer with Great Performances Group and the author of Great Performances.
He has an MBA from Royal Roads University and 25 years of experience coaching, facilitating, and mentoring in business, community, and arts organizations
The seminars will be running starting on April 4, 18 and May 2 from 7:30 – 9:00 at the Waterfront Gallery.
