Ladysmith Primary Kindergarten teacher Leanne Sanford's class have donated $215 raised from a bake sale to the the Ladysmith Resource Centre Association's Food Bank.
Students walked from the school on Monday to deliver the money firsthand and get a glimpse of operations.
In addition to the cash donation, two other kindergarten classes at Ladysmith Primary helped raised 100 non-perishable food items - one for each of the first 100 days of the school year.
